I found out through talking to them that they use the latest cleaning equipment and process available for Chem-Dry. Not all Chem-Dry franchises have the latest and greatest so be sure to check. I wanted to use the Chem-Dry process because I know that using a steam process – which takes longer to dry – sometimes results in a dirtier carpet than before you started because it’s hard to stay off the carpets the length of time you need to be off them. Our carpet is 15 years old and I wasn’t sure whether it could survive any longer, but they managed to breathe some additional life into it. I will definitely use them again.

The technician arrived on time and was neat, courteous, and professional. He thoroughly cleaned four area rugs that had heavy stains from seven years of use. He removed all the stains and returned the carpet to the appropriate rooms in the house after cleaning them in the garage. Excellent work.

I used Angie’s List rating to find this great Chem-Dry carpet cleaning service. The carpet traffic areas were cleaned. This company is great…pays attention to detail and my carpet has never looked so good. The serviceman was very professional, prompt and did an outstanding job. Their truck mounted equipment is far superior to the pad method of cleaning.

I highly recommend Meek’s Family Chem-Dry!! The Technician, Shane was very proffessional, friendly, honest and did an excellent job. I had this room cleaned in June by a Steam cleaning company and the carpeting has felt like chemicals or a soap residue was left. Shane was able to get this out of the carpet and restored my 12 year old carpet looking like new. I will always use Chem Dry of Georgetown for future cleanings!!

This is the second time I have used Meek’s Family Chem-Dry to clean our carpet and upholstery; they did an excellent job. He showed up at the specified time and was done in a timely fashion. The carpet, though needing to be replaced, looks almost new again. The company was friendly over the phone and made my appointment within a few days.
